What to include
Mention your device model, iOS version, app version, whether you scanned a barcode or label photo, and a short description of what happened. Do not email sensitive medical information.
Account deletion
You can delete your device account inside the app from Settings. If you cannot access the app, email support@safebowl.app and we will help with a deletion request.
